Giant Sunday Pancakes!


  • 3 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 6 tablespoons of butter (3/4 of a stick)
  • 1 and 1/2 cups of flour
  • 1 cup of milk
  • 1 tablespoon of baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt


Whisk eggs, sugar, and melted butter in medium bowl to blend. Add
flour alternately with milk in 3 additions, whisking to blend after
each addition. Whisk in baking powder and salt. (We have found that
doing this in this order and this way actually makes a difference in
how fluffy they are so I’d stick to this method.)
