Ingredients
- 2.25 cups flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 sticks salted butter
- 3/4 cup of granulated sugar
- 3/4 cup of brown sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cup chocolate chips
Directions
- Mix flour, baking soda, salt; set aside
- Cream softened butter and both sugars in a mixer
- Add 2 eggs to the creamed mixture, beat quickly, then add vanilla and beat again
- Slowly incorporate flour mixture
- Add chocolate chips to taste. Cookie dough can be refrigerated, bring back to room temperature before baking.
- Bake for 9-10 minutes. After removing from oven, let cookies sit for 1 minute on tray before moving to cooling rack.
