- 2 cups packed basil
- 1/3 cup Parmesan
- 1/3 cup pine nuts
- 1 large clove of garlic (or two medium)
- 1 pinch of salt (to taste)
- 1/2 cup olive oil (plus extra if necessary for consistency)
Ingredients
- 3 cups loosely packed basil

- 1/2 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese

- Blend everything except cheese in food processor
- Stir in cheese
